We want your company — your life's work — to preserve its unique identity. Its name, culture, and employees remain unchanged. There will be no integration into rigid corporate structures. We also very welcome former owners retaining a minority shareholding.
We particularly value when the key members of the current management team continue to lead the company in the future. We provide an exceptional degree of entrepreneurial autonomy. Alternatively, if management is unable to continue, for example due to illness health reasons, we would be pleased to consider your personal recommendation for a successor.
